The other consideration is positional accuracy.
If we want to connect the motor directly to the crank shaft, we will likely need some significant torque. The crank shaft requires a noticeable amount of torque to close the window, particularly to close the window from 90% to 100%. Let’s consider the components fo the system:Ī motor: The primary consideration in this case is the torque required. It also needs to be easily removable so that the regular crank arm can be reinstalled if ever we need to - I won’t live in my condo forever! It should also be covered in such a way that it is appealing to look at. Key commands only affect the window or area with key focus. You can open editors and other working areas as separate windows, open multiple windows simultaneously, customize your window setup, and save different window arrangements as screensets.
